We encourage all people who regularly worship with us to register as parish members.

Registration forms are available in the Welcome Center in the rear of church (Center Street), in the parish office adjacent to the church, or can be downloaded as a PDF directly from this website. The Welcome Center is staffed after Mass the second weekend of each month.

The parish office is open 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and 8 a.m. until noon on Fridays. (The office is closed on Holy Days of Obligation.)

Information needed for the complete registration form includes names of family members, contact information, sacramental information (date and place of Baptism, Confirmation, Marriage, etc.), occupation, education and marital status.
